All capital raise campaigns are quoted as a fixed monthly fee. Legal fees are included. Paid advertising and other client-approved disbursements are billed separately.
For legal matters outside of capital raise campaigns, attorney rates range from $400 to $900 per hour. Paralegals are billed at $150 per hour. Retainers are generally required.
