HAGUE CONVENTION INTERNATIONAL CHILD ABDUCTION CASES IN UNITED STATES FEDERAL COURTS
I was retained as lead counsel in an International Child Abduction case that would be fought in the United States federal courts in Brooklyn and Connecticut, London, and Singapore. The case involved the abduction of 5 American citizen children away from ther family home in Singapore to the United States. In late 2014, we secured an order, on behalf of my client, returning the children to Singapore.
