“Daniel graduated from Fordham University School of Law with concentrations in (1) Business and Financial Law and (2) Intellectual Property and Information Law. While attending Fordham’s evening program, he worked for an Am Law 200 firm, an early stage security camera manufacturer, a boutique immigration firm, and an international IP firm.
Daniel has occupied leadership positions at various startups. He was most recently Executive Vice President at Healthcare Shares, P.B.C., an equity crowdfunding platform, where he assisted in working towards registering a funding portal with the SEC and FINRA. He has helped coordinate legal departments and in the processing of capital raises at multiple businesses and has acted as a corporate secretary.
Among other things, Daniel focuses on entity formations, startup funding and equity, deals, and contracts. He has also developed plans to help businesses comply with emerging privacy laws as well as data breach and cyber hygiene requirements.”
