Christopher apprenticed for 7 years in major New York law firms before founding Meatto, Russo, Burke & Wallace in 1984. A graduate of Fordham Law School, Daniel concentrated his studies in business and financial law as well as intellectual property and information law. He has occupied leadership positions at various startups. He was most recently Executive Vice President for an equity crowdfunding platform, where he assisted in working towards registering a funding portal with the SEC and FINRA. Daniel focuses on entity formations, startup funding and equity, deals, contracts, and compliance.
