HarvardLaw74 and Meatto Gerken were founded by Christopher F. Meatto, Esq., a Harvard Law School graduate and senior member of the New York Bar with more than 30 years of law practice and startup management experience. We provide experienced corporate, regulatory, intellectual property, and litigation services to emerging companies and high net worth individuals. Christopher apprenticed for 7 years in major New York law firms before founding Meatto, Russo, Burke & Wallace in 1984. Daniel Gerken, a graduate of Fordham Law School, is licensed in Texas and has occupied leadership positions at various startups. Christopher and Daniel have worked side by side for the last two years and represent clients as an efficient legal team with competitive billing practices, work ethics, and legal knowledge.

We have a special passion in “democratizing” access to capital for our startup clients. HarvardLaw74 is moving quickly to establish itself as a "disintermediated" Capital Raise leader via Accredited Investors on LinkedIn and through a proprietary database.
