Fee Structures
CAPITAL RAISE CAMPAIGNS: Always quoted as a fixed monthly fee, paid advertising and other disbursements paid for and approved by client. Legal fees are included in the fixed monthly fee.
LEGAL FEES: For legal matters outside of capital raise campaigns, Attorney rates fall between $300 and $800 per hour. Our paralegals are billed at $150 per hour. Retainers are generally required.
